&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Una composta es la mezcla de materiales orgánicos, de tal manera que fomenten su degradación y descomposición. La lombricomposta es un método cada vez mas popular de composteo y se reconoce como el composteo del futuro. Para elaborar la lompicomposta se introduce la lombriz roja. Si se crea las condiciones óptimas para que se desarrollen las lombrices, ellos nos pueden elaborar un humus (abono de excelente calidad)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;MATERIAL&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;2 botellas de pet iguales&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;1 liga&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;1 pedazo de tela de 6x6 de material de algodón&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Materia orgánica verde y seca&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Lombrices&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;TÉCNICA&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;1. Para armar la casa de la lombriz recorta una de las dos botellas a 6 cm aprox. de la boca de la botella&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;2. Corta la segunda botella a unos 3 cm aprox. de la parte de abajo. (no tires la parte que recortaste ya que la utilizaras al final).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;3. La botella que recortaste en el paso anterior cubre la boca de esa misma con la tela de algodón y sostenla con la liga.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;4. Introduce esta botella a la primera botella, verificando que queden bien ajustdas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;5. Pesa tu materia organica tanto la verde, como la seca y anota su peso.&lt;br /&gt;6. Introduce una capa de materia organica verde y continua una capa de materia organica seca.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;7. Agrega agua&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;8. Pesa las lombrices que agregaras a tu lompricomposta, registra su peso y procede a depositarlas en su casa ya elaborada.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;9. Cubre tu lombricomposta indanco la fecha en que elaboraste ya que le daras seguimiento a tus sesiones siguientes para observar su comportamiento. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; La primera ocurre en los tilacoides, en donde se capta la energía de la luz y ésta es almacenada en dos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a title="Molécula" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mol%C3%A9cula"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;moléculas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt; orgánicas sencillas (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a title="Adenosín trifosfato" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adenos%C3%ADn_trifosfato"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;ATP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt; y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a title="NADPH" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/NADPH"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;NADPH&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;). Porque actualmente el número de plantas existentes en el mundo no alcanzan a purificar en aire contaminado en el medio ambiente.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;¿Cuántas moléculas de CO2 se necesitan para fabricar una molécula de O2? Una&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Observaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;En esta práctica pudimos observar que se producen moleculas de O2, gracias a que se lleva a cabo la fase luminisa, si hubiera sido fase obscura se hubiera obtenido CO2.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Conclusiones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Gracias a esta practica aprendimos como se lleva a cabo la fotosíntesis, el mismo ciclo se lleva a cabo con cualquier tipo de plantas, pero es diferente el resultado dependiendo la fase que se este ralizando.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt; se distinguen tres partes esenciales: la cubierta exterior, el cuerpo celular y los orgánulos.&lt;br /&gt;Lo primero que se observa es la pared celular, que esta constituida químicamente por moléculas de celulosa, otras sustancias como el agua origina una &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a class="autolink" id="autolink" href="http://www.monografias.com/trabajos12/eleynewt/eleynewt.shtml"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;fuerza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt; de tensión o contrapresión &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;equivalente y de sentido contrario, que se opone a la mayor expansión de la célula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a class="autolink" id="autolink" href="http://www.monografias.com/trabajos7/mafu/mafu.shtml"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;funciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt; que cumple la pared celular son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Protección de la parte viva&lt;br /&gt;- Absorción de alimentos&lt;br /&gt;- Sirve como soporte mecánico o esqueleto de la planta&lt;br /&gt;- Permite un intercambio entre las células y su entorno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#cc66cc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Observaciones:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Muestra de cebolla&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Las células de la epidermis de cebolla son de forma alargada y bastante grandes. La membrana celular se destaca muy clara, teñida por el colorante. Los núcleos son visibles, en el interior de los mismos se puede llegar a percibir granulaciones, son los nucléolos. El citoplasma tiene aspecto bastante claro, en él se distinguen algunas vacuolas grandes, débilmente coloreadas. En algunas ocasiones se observa que la preparación tiene a manera de mosaico otros estratos de células que proceden de las capas más internas que fácilmente han podido ser arrancadas al desprenderse la epidermis.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Muestra de papa: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Se pudo observar claramente dichas divisiones considerándolas ya como una célula independiente cada una de la otra, logrando apreciar el núcleo, el citoplasma, la membrana nuclear y la pared celular. Al agregarle a la muestra de papa lugol, se pudo observar cada una de las partes celulares con mayor precisión. El lugol es una es una solución de yodo diatómico. Se emplea para la tincion. Este reactivo reacciona con algunos polisacáridos, como los &lt;a title="Almidón" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Almid%C3%B3n"&gt;almidones&lt;/a&gt;, &lt;a title="Glucógeno" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gluc%C3%B3geno"&gt;glucógeno&lt;/a&gt; y ciertas &lt;a title="Dextrina" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dextrina"&gt;dextrinas&lt;/a&gt;, formando un complejo de inclusión termolábil que se caracteriza por ser colorido, dando color diferente según las ramificaciones que presente la molécula. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;Conclusión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Gracias a esta práctica, se pudo observar los componentes de algunas células vegetales, como la de cebolla (la cual fue teñida con azul de metileno) y la de papa (teñida con lugol).
